Our Milestones
In 2021, we won the most promising MedTech Award for the Medical Device Manufactures Association of South Africa.
We claimed in 2nd place in the Mediventors Lion's Den Pitching Event.
We were selected to participate in the Royal Academy of Engineering Leaders in Innovation Fellowship in 2024.
We have pitched the device to Mediclinic Victoria in Durban and they have expressed interest in using the device and being involved in the development where possible, possibly providing patients to demonstrate clinical equivalence.
We have a completed prototype with lab testing.
Patenting process has been initiated with the University of Cape Town.
Awarded grant from the University of Cape Town to conduct market research that commenced in April 2024.
